Embedded Expertise is partnering with a leading power generation and utilities organisation to recruit a Mechanical Tradesperson based in Alice Springs.

This is an excellent prospect to join a high-performing Operations & Maintenance team responsible for maintaining critical power generation assets that support communities across the Northern Territory.

About the Role

Reporting to the maintenance team, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of mechanical plant and equipment to ensure safe and reliable power generation operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting mechanical maintenance, repairs and fault-finding




Supporting planned outages and shutdown activities
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
Working collaboratively with operations and maintenance personnel

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Mechanical Trade qualification
Experience maintaining heavy industrial, power generation, mining, oil & gas, utilities, or similar assets
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
