Scotford Fennessy are currently seeking experienced Gold Process Operators to join a well-established gold processing operation in Western Australia.
If you've got solid gold plant experience and can hit the ground running with exposure to grinding, milling and CIL/CIP circuits, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an excellent prospect to join a high-performing processing team on an 8:6 / 7:7 rotating roster, with competitive rates, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
Working within the processing plant, you'll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring plant equipment to maximise production while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding and milling circuits
Working across CIL/CIP circuits and associated process equipment
Conducting routine plant inspections and recording operating data
Identifying and reporting plant issues while assisting with troubleshooting
Maintaining housekeeping standards and following site safety procedures




Working closely with the maintenance and production teams

FIFO from Perth
8:6 / 7:7 roster rotating dayshift and nightshift
$60-$65 per hour depending on experience
Weekly pay
Super paid on all hours worked
Meals and camp accommodation provided
Initial 3-month contract

About You:
To be considered you will ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a process operator
Solid exposure to gold circuits including grinding, milling, and CIL/CIP operations
Current Australian Driver License
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A;
Must have full Australian working rights and be residing in WA
