YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued property+leasing lawyer, being mentored by a top calibre partner with a successful full-spectrum property/environmental+planning/commercial law practice, you will love the variety +challenge of engaging in:
sales/acquisitions (conveyancing) of residential/commercial/industrial/retail properties (including many high-value large scale developments);
leases (commercial/retail/telco/government);
complex and large property developments/subdivisions;
licences;
mortgages/loans;
occasionally related local government/environmental+planning issues.

You will have your own files (subject to competency/experience)+ assist your partner with more complex/technical large matters.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are admitted as a solicitor in NSW;
have 2 or more years' post qualification in BOTH residential and/or commercial property conveyancing AND commercial leases (both essential) + some mortgages (preferable not essential);
have robust technical legal, research and drafting skills;
possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
are results-oriented, are teachable, dead-line driven with an enthusiastic positive attitude;
