Enrolled Nurse - Chronic Disease Management
IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 140 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.
About the role
Deliver quality clinical nursing services to Doctors and patients with a strong focus on chronic disease management and health assessments. Potential future opportunities to complete also tasks involving recalls, cold chain management, sterilisation, triage, vaccinations and wound care.
Skills & experience
Previous experience working in general practice
Strong communication and time management skills
A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
Chronic Disease Management
Qualifications in Medication and Intravenous Therapy Administration desirable (evidence required if applicable)
EEN with AHPRA registration & able to use Best Practice Medical Software
