We’re looking for a highly professional and personable Medical Receptionist to join our large, busy medical practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an significant role in creating a welcoming, organised and skilled experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

We’re seeking someone who:
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is calm, professional and confident when dealing with challenging situations
Can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced medical setting
Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality
Is familiar with Medicare, medical billing and health insurance processes
Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team




Takes initiative and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly
Holds a current CPR certificate

Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of patient care, and can consistently maintain a high standard of professionalism—even on the busiest days.
