About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards in product quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide warm and engaging customer service
Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
Process transactions accurately using POS systems
Prepare and package cupcakes, beverages, and other menu items
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Refill and present displays to company visual merchandising standards
Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods





What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Availability to work weekends and peak shopping hours
Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
Barista experience
