Brammer Constructions is seeking a motivated residential building estimator to join our team on a full time basis.

Essential criteria:
Qualification in building estimation
Ability to compile and provide accurate estimates for client quotes for residential construction
The ability to identify prospects for cost improvements
Ability to request and analyse quotations from external suppliers/contractors
Assist with materials ordering, as per construction drawings, specifications and addenda’s
Experience using estimating software
A keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
At least five years’ experience in residential building estimation

Applicants must be currently living in Western Australia to be considered for the position.

Applicants must have a qualification in building estimation. Civil Engineers will not be considered for this position.
