We’re currently hiring for:

NEWPORT – COOK & ALL-ROUNDER

We’re looking for someone with a passion for food and people who is happy to be involved in all parts of the shop.

The role includes food prep, taking orders, customer service, general cleaning and helping with all the shop needs.
Minimum 1 year hospitality experience
Kitchen experience preferred
Reliable, energetic and a team player
Available for a minimum of 6 months

MONA VALE – CHEF

We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our Mona Vale kitchen.
Minimum 5 years kitchen experience
Strong cooking and food preparation skills
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
Confident working in a quick-paced kitchen

MONA VALE – KITCHEN HAND & PREP ASSISTANT





Our production kitchen is looking for a solid and experienced Kitchen Hand & Prep Assistant to join the team.
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
Super clean, organised and efficient
Basic understanding of food safety
Basic food prep and food handling skills
Comfortable working in a busy production kitchen
Reliable and a strong team player

MANLY – FRONT OF HOUSE

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, customer service and looking after people.
Previous hospitality/customer service experience
Current RSA
Bar experience
Confident working in a busy workplace
Great communication and teamwork
