About the role

The Sales Consultant at Rockingham Kwinana Mobility & Rehabilitation Supplies is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients seeking mobility, rehabilitation, and healthcare solutions. The Sales Consultant will also assist with store operations and stock management.

Key responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring customers are well-informed about their options.
Provide product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and usage of mobility and rehabilitation products.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with the latest products, trends, and industry developments in mobility and rehabilitation supplies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm,



skilled manner and take necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.
Assist with stock replenishment, organizing product displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.

About you
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobility, healthcare, or rehabilitation industry.
Solid customer service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
