Key responsibilities:
Precision cutting — full range of cutting techniques across all hair types
Colour artistry — balayage, highlights, full colour and creative work
Hair extensions — application, maintenance and client consultation




Client relationships — building lasting connections with a loyal, returning clientele

About you:
High-level technical skills across cutting, colouring and extensions
Genuine warmth, professionalism and respect for both clients and the business
A team-oriented attitude and respect for the team around you
Pride in your work and a desire to keep growing your craft
Industry qualifications (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent) with solid senior-level experience
