As a key member of the Turfpoint team, you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish while working alongside a outstanding crew. You'll be an experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader joining the North Brisbane team, leading by example and taking pride in producing quality work.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of landscape construction projects from start to finish
Lead crews on site
Read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
Deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects
About you
Proven experience in landscape construction
Experience leading crews or the ambition to step into a leadership role
Robust knowledge across all aspects of landscape construction
Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A positive attitude, robust work ethic and team-first mindset
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence (MR licence is an advantage)
Machinery operating experience highly regarded
