Supply & Distribution Manager – Paint Department

· Salary: $77,000 - $85,000 per annum

Network Render & Paint is a specialist trade & retail establishment that supplies premium paint, rendering systems, related tools, and accessories primarily to the trade sector and sophisticated DIY customers. Our regular activities include retail merchandising, providing expert product consultancy, processing high-volume B2B and consumer sales, and managing stock replenishment.

To support the increment in demand and growth, we require experienced Supply and Distribution Managers to join our energetic team.

The Supply and Distribution Manager will oversee the supply chain and distribution operations of the Paint division, focusing on the core duties:
Control the supply and distribution operations with the goal of achieving cost savings and customer satisfaction
Maintain the company's required stock levels in a manner which is cost-effective with minimal stock write-off by preparing
Execute and oversee the supply, storage and distribution plan
Carry out and manage the company's stock control and storage strategies and plans to meet demand
Coordinate the warehouse material effectively through inventory management planning




Monitor and accurately record the stock levels which includes measuring the stock waste and overstock
Ensure operational efficiency by identifying effective ways and strategies of recording systems to track inputs and outputs to reorder and re-stock at optimal times
Implement and improve suitable metrics and strategies to measure supplier performance
Lead the Supply Chain team and monitor their performance
Continuously look for processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supply and distribution process

The job will be full-time.

Successful applicants must have:
At least 12 months of relevant experience
Relevant education or work experience in lieu
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and presentation skills
Robust understanding and knowledge of finance, budgeting, inventory management, supply chain processes and logistics
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain accurate record
