Experienced Dental receptionist required for a Specialist Orthodontist practice in Baulkham Hill.
--2 Days a week (Monday & Wednesday)

Job requirements include:
Must be Well spoken and fluent in English.
Must have previous Medical or Dental reception experience
Knowledge of Oasis is an advantage.
Current CPR certificate
Ability to work well under pressure
Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and priorities.
Solid work ethic with a willingness to learn
Detail-orientated.
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is essential
Manage a large volume of calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries.
Booking appointments
Computer literacy.
Billing and receipting patient accounts
Fostering skilled working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff
