The Role This role offers the chance to step into a key position within a growing Corporate/M&A; team, working on a mix of headline transactions and strategic advisory matters.
You will advise listed companies, financial sponsors and major private corporates, with exposure to:
Private and public M&A; transactions
Equity capital markets
Corporate governance and advisory
Regulatory matters, including ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001
