Job Title: Female Support Worker – Redcliffe (Brisbane North, QLD)

About the Role

Serena Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker (participant preference) to assist a middle-aged female participant recovering from a back injury and surgery. The participant requires ongoing rehab support, companionship, and household assistance.

Shifts Available
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 am to 09:30 am, 3pm to 06:00 pm
Saturday : 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
Additional hours may be available once staff settles in

Responsibilities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Following care routines as directed
Light household tasks (dusting, kitchen cleaning)
Driving to the appointment (Full Driving License is mandatory)

About You
Female support worker (participant preference)




Experience in disability, rehab, or trauma care preferred
Kind, patient, and supportive approach
Ability to work independently and responsibly
NDIS Worker Screening & current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
