About the role

n

We're looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager, a practical all-rounder role - not just sitting in the office and telling others what to do.

n

You'll be dealing with guests, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, solving problems, coordinating staff and contractors, and helping with basic maintenance issues when needed.

n

The hotel is located in The Entrance 2261, a coastal area around an hour from North Sydney.

n

Key responsibilities

Deal with guests, suppliers, contractors and external authorities
n
Keep day-to-day hotel operations running smoothly
n
Solve problems and deal with issues as they come up
n
Coordinate staff and contractors
n
Help with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
n

About you

n

n
Solid English communication skills and confidence dealing with people from all walks of life
n
Some management experience or robust management skills
n
Practical,



hands-on and willing to get involved
n
Able to solve problems and make sound decisions
n
Confident, resilient and adaptable
n
Basic maintenance, handyman or troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
n
Interested in building a long-term career and becoming part of the local community
n
Open to relocating to the area for the right opportunity
