Restaurant Manager – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service.
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and support staff.
Create and manage staff rosters and payroll reporting.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Drive sales, control costs, and achieve business targets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and staff management.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
