We are a small Family owned and operated Hotel Group that is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Duty Manager to join our team. The venue provides full hotel facilities including a Bar, TAB, Bistro, Gaming and Functions and is located in Sutherland.

This position could suit an experienced bar attendant looking for the next step in their Hospitality career. We are willing to train the right person, however you must have a minimum 12 months experience in the Hotel(Pub) Industry.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Licensee to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.

We are open to the Duty Manager role, being either full-time, part time or casual.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
Proven success in a Hotel role.
