Role Description

We are looking for an organized, hands-on, and results-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of inventory. The role involves managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse processes while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and service.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating warehouse activities, monitoring inventory levels and stock movements, ensuring accurate receiving and dispatch procedures, and maintaining proper storage and handling practices. The Warehouse Manager will coordinate warehouse staff, allocate resources, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and relevant requirements.

The role also involves conducting inventory checks, investigating stock discrepancies, optimizing warehouse layouts and workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications
Robust understanding of warehouse operations,



inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes .
Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, and order fulfillment procedures.
Ability to plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities and effectively allocate manpower and resources.
Solid inventory control skills with the ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, barcode scanning, or inventory management software.
Good understanding of warehouse safety, handling procedures, and workplace standards.
Strong leadership, team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for inventory tracking and operational reporting.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively under operational pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and practical mindset with a robust focus on accuracy, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
