Urban Doors and Hardware are a supplier of Second Fix and Eave materials to the building trade. We are currently looking for an experienced Truck Driver/Store Person to support our daily warehouse operations. We are seeking a reliable and well organised person to fit into our small team, a valid MR licence is essential.

The list of duties and responsibilities includes:

Truck Driver Role
Transporting goods to and from a variety of locations, ensuring their punctual delivery.
Delivery drivers are responsible for loading and unloading their cargo, ensuring that it is transported safely and without damage.
Loading and unloading goods involves strenuous physical labour.
Completion and management of all documentation related to deliveries, including manifests, POD photos.
Driving at all times in a legal and skilled manner,



keeping in mind the reputation of the company.
Providing qualified customer service at all times.

Warehouse Role
Handling deliveries, unpacking loads/packs of stock.
Loading/unloading the truck and other work vehicles.
Verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing of stock.
Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring that they are complete and accurate.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38.0 per week
