Custom Clad is a specialist façade and cladding subcontractor delivering architectural building envelope solutions across commercial, residential and institutional projects. We are seeking a full time Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join our growing finance and administration team.

Key tasks and duties:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, payment requests and reconciliations.
Ensure invoices and payments are accurately coded, approved and processed in a timely manner.
Maintain supplier accounts and respond to supplier queries regarding invoices, payments and account balances.
Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records, timesheets, leave balances and other relevant employee information.
Assist with bank, credit card and supplier statement reconciliations.
Assist with maintaining company records, filing, data entry and document management.
Support with general office administration and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.





Skills and experience:
At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable, payroll, accounts or finance administration role.
Experience within the construction, cladding or building industry will be highly regarded.
Proficiency in Xero, including accounts payable and financial administration functions.
Solid knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Excel.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
A proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
