Biosota Organics is a premium Australian Manuka honey brand with a growing presence across

retail, travel retail and international markets.

We are looking for a confident, motivated and commercially minded Sales Representative & Brand

n

About the role

n

This is a diverse sales role combining business development, relationship building and premium customer-facing brand representation, including opportunities within Brisbane Airport travel retail. The role suits someone who enjoys creating prospects rather than simply servicing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

n

n
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Brisbane
n
Approach prospective retail and B2B customers and build recent account relationships
n
Conduct product presentations, follow-ups and customer visits
n
Represent Biosota at selected retail and promotional activities
n
Engage customers, educate them about Australian Manuka honey and actively drive sales
n
Provide useful customer, competitor and market feedback
n

About you

n

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

n

n




Sales or business development
n
Premium retail, duty free or airport retail
n
Pharmacy, health and wellness, FMCG, beauty or luxury retail
n

n

More importantly, you will be:

n

n
Confident approaching new people and comfortable asking for the sale
n
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
n
Commercially focused and results driven
n
Professional, reliable and well presented
n
Comfortable working across both B2B and customer-facing environments
n

n

Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, Korean or Japanese, would be highly regarded. A current ASIC or previous Brisbane Airport / duty-free experience will be highly regarded.
