SAINT HAVEN is expanding, and we're building the founding Performance Coaching team for our highly anticipated Bondi Beach club, opening next year.

We're looking for passionate, knowledgeable and member-obsessed Performance Coaches who want to help shape the culture and experience of our newest club.

THIS ISN'T YOUR AVERAGE PT ROLE.

You'll deliver exceptional one-on-one, semi-private and group coaching experiences, helping members achieve meaningful and measurable results.

n

You'll bring a personalised, evidence-based approach to coaching and genuinely care about understanding the individual in front of you.

n

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n
Certificate IV in Fitness as a minimum
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n




Strong experience in one-on-one and/or group coaching
n
Excellent programming and technical coaching capability
n
A genuine interest in health, performance, recovery and longevity
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
High personal and professional standards
n
Availability on weekends and evenings.
n

n

Additional qualifications or experience in areas such as Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Science or other specialist modalities will be highly regarded.
