Job Description

Procare Group is seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our Injury Management team in NSW. The role blends work from home with onsite activity as required, supporting a single client while collaborating with a wider extended team across sectors including Aged Care, Retail, Construction and Pharmaceuticals.

We expect at least 5 years of case management experience, familiarity with self-insurance, and robust communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
