Main Responsibilities
Operate spray seal equipment for pavement surfacing works.
Support asphalt and chip seal operations across regional projects.
Ensure protected, efficient, and compliant delivery of road surfacing activities.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and site teams.
Maintain equipment and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Requirements
Experience in spray seal operations (asphalt background highly regarded).
Valid driver’s license and relevant plant operating tickets.
Strong knowledge of pavement surfacing techniques.
Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
