IRT Woodlands, Meridan Plains in Queensland, is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Services Employee to lead engaging activities for residents in our Residential Care Home. You’ll plan and deliver wellbeing programs, support individuals in groups and one-on-one, and help residents stay active, connected and engaged in daily life.
Role requires Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent; Diploma in Leisure and Health is highly regarded.
