We have two roles in commercial property where you will handle high-value, complex transactions,

working alongside a supportive team within a highly automated, up-to-date practice using cutting-edge legal technology / AI. The firm act for owners, investors, landlords and tenants across commercial real estate, from office and industrial assets to retail and shopping centres, covering the full transaction.

This boutique law firm is led by former top-tier lawyers and growing fast. They're looking for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer (5 years PQE to Special Counsel) to join the team, advising on deals, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, and doing it all with genuine work-life balance.

About the Role
Advise and manage a diverse portfolio on major commercial property development,



leasing and complex transactions
Draft and negotiate high-quality commercial leases, sale contracts, development agreements, and due diligence reports
Conduct due diligence, manage risk, and advise on planning, zoning, GST, stamp duty, and financing
Work closely with experienced partners and mentor junior lawyers on sophisticated files
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients

About You
Admitted to practice in Australia, with 5 years PQE in commercial property law
Ideally from top tier or mid-tier law firm background
Solid technical skills and a track record of high-quality work
Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and attention to detail
