Job Description
VACCA in Victoria is seeking a Team Leader for Aboriginal Child & Family Services to supervise a team of Case Managers, ensuring culturally protected practice and alignment with the Nugel Practice Approach. You will oversee investigations, assessments, and case planning to support Aboriginal children and families.

You will mentor staff in trauma-informed care, maintain high-quality records, contribute to staff development, and may carry a small caseload in addition to leadership duties.
