Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Hand to join our busy production nursery in Jamberoo. This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine interest in plants and the workplace.

About the Role

n

As a Nursery Hand, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a production nursery, assisting with plant care, propagation, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality stock is produced.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Seedling tubestock production, potting, and spacing of nursery stock
n
Watering, fertilising, and general plant care and stock maintenance
n
Monitoring plant health and reporting issues
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
n
Strong attention to detail, enjoys repetitive work
n
Excellent health and fitness level (role involves manual outdoor work)
n




Genuine interest in horticulture and the workplace
n
Ability to work effectively within a team
n

Immediate Start

This position is fulltime - 38hrs week
n
Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm
n
Friday - 7.30am - 1.30pm
