Estia Health is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to lead WHS initiatives across our NSW sites. You will advise leaders, investigate incidents, and drive risk reduction while travelling to our Newcastle/Central Coast/Mid North Coast homes up to three days a week.

You will bring proven WHS and injury management experience, solid stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills. This hybrid role supports a protected, high-quality aged care setting.
