Driveline Services Australia is looking for an experienced Fitter Turner / Machinist to join our growing Acacia Ridge team .

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role , offering excellent work-life balance , career progression , and overtime opportunities .

What you'll be doing

As a Fitter Turner / Machinist, you'll be an important part of our workshop team, working on a wide range of drivetrain and driveshaft components used across industries including mining, transport, agriculture and heavy equipment .

Your day-to-day work will include:
Disassembly, inspection and rebuild of drivetrain components
Driveshaft repair, assembly, manufacturing and balancing
Working on light vehicles and heavy machinery components
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
Working with the team to keep jobs moving efficiently
Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who is reliable, skilled and takes pride in their work .

Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in fitting, machining or mechanical work
Experience operating lathes,



machining equipment, or MIG welding (highly regarded)
Trade qualification in Fitting & Turning, Machining, Mechanical Fitter or similar
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and within a team
A strong commitment to safety
