Urban Utilities is seeking a Support Officer to back up our Control Room Operators and Crew Leader. You'll process permits, manage enquiries, pull operational data and reports, and step into the Operator role when needed.

You'll collate data using SCADA and Power BI, handle water quality enquiries, and support during wet weather events and after-hours faults. A Certificate III in Water Industry Operations is highly regarded.
