Wills and Estate Lawyer / General Commercial Transactions

We focus on building lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a Junior Lawyer with at least 1 year experience in Wills and Estates to join our growing practice group.

About the role

n

You will manage an active file load of private client matters. You will work closely with clients to plan their futures and assist families through difficult times.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
Draft complex wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianships.
n
Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and business succession strategies.
n
Manage probate and letters of administration applications.
n




Guide executors and administrators through deceased estate administration and distribution.
n
Maintain solid client relationships with empathy and clear communication.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
n
Hold (or be eligible to hold) a current local Practising Certificate.
n
1+ years of post-admission experience (PAE) focused on wills, estates, and probate.
n
Exceptional drafting and analytical skills.
n
Solid interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care.
n
Ability to work independently and manage files efficiently.
n
