About You You are a skilled senior plant operator with civil construction experience, a commitment to safety and potential to develop your leadership skills.
With a current HR licence, excellent communication abilities and a positive attitude, you’re ready to make an impact and grow with CES.
About your Role In this hands-on role,
you’ll work alongside a small team reporting to our Hire Manager who will also provide guidance and mentoring to further develop your leadership skills.
From operating machinery to organising resources and ensuring site safety, you’ll be at the forefront of our CES operations.
Operate and coordinate machinery, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.
Read and interpret site plans and maintain accurate site documentation.
Coordinate and supervise daily civil and earthmoving operations as needed.
Champion a safety-first culture through pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site compliance.
Contribute to inspiring an engaged team to deliver local jobs on time and to a high standard.
