We are looking for a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer for a well-established boutique law firm in Sydney CBD.

This opportunity would suit an experienced litigator seeking greater ownership of matters, direct client exposure and the prospect to work closely with the firm’s leadership.

The role
Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of civil and commercial litigation matters
Develop case strategies and provide commercially focused advice
Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and court documents
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings where appropriate
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the litigation practice

About you
Approximately 6+ years’ PAE in civil or commercial litigation
Admitted in New South Wales or eligible to obtain a NSW practising certificate
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Able to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
Commercial, client-focused and collaborative
