Immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a high-end residential design and build company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, collaborative design and build practice and take a senior leadership position within its established in-house interiors team. With a portfolio spanning elegant renovations through to multi-million-dollar bespoke residences, the studio is recognised for creative design, exceptional craftsmanship and a supportive, collaborative culture. Working across a diverse range of residential projects from initial concept through to construction, you will lead the interiors team while collaborating closely with architects, Project Managers and clients to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Your leadership will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the team, strengthening the client experience and continuing to elevate the studio’s reputation for creating timeless, contemporary homes.

Key Responsibilities




Being part of the project from initial concept sketch design through to construction
This is a full time role and offers an immediate start
Client facing and lead design
Spatial planning (hand sketching)
Design documentation in ArchiCAD
Documentation/scheduling – candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have excellent attention to detail
Construction knowledge and site experience

Skills and Experience
8 + years professional experience across Private Residential projects
Beautiful portfolio with a refined style
Proficient in ArchiCAD
Proven experience in residential projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills; ability to speak and understand Mandarin is highly regarded.
Ability to liaise with consultants
