BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to conduct initial client intake and screening assessments, and to develop and review individualised care plans with a client-centered approach. The role involves on-road visits, in-home support, and delivering care per each client’s plan.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a current Australian driver’s licence, and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
