Community Living Association Inc in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking two First Nations Identified Case Managers to deliver active outreach and case management across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast/Gympie regions. Roles are full time, 38 hours per week, on a 12-month contract, with SCHADS Level 4 or 5 classification depending on qualifications and experience.
The BEROS program supports young people aged 12 to 18 who are in care and may be sleeping rough or in unstable placements.
