Sunshine Coast | Full Time Temporary (12-months) | Above Award Salary | RDO Every Fortnight
This is a full time, 12-month position, created to support our continued growth. As the business continues to grow, we anticipate this role becoming a permanent position.
This position plays a key role in supporting our clients and certifiers through the building approvals process. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, assist with documentation and applications, and help keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
Process building applications and ensure accurate documentation
Assist certifiers with scheduling, follow-ups, and admin support
Maintain office organisation and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in admin or customer service (building industry experience a bonus, but not essential)
Tech-savvy with confidence using Computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office
