We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Member / Barista to join our Melbourne Airport team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and can commit to a regular roster, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Prepare coffee, beverages, and our delicious products
Operate the POS and handle customer transactions
Keep the store clean, stocked, and well-presented
Work closely with the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and positive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Previous retail, hospitality, or coffee experience is an advantage
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week

Minimum 4 days availability per week is essential
Availability should be flexible to support the airport roster
