About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Workshop Cleaner & Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our Oxley workshop on a part-time basis.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for maintaining a clean, secure and organised workshop while assisting with general workshop maintenance,



stock control and facility upkeep. You will play an key role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently and remains a safe working setting for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop, offices and common areas.
Assist with the daily upkeep of workshop facilities.
Monitor and organise workshop tools, equipment and consumables.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Support the maintenance of workshop machinery and equipment.
Purchase workshop consumables and tools within the approved budget, in consultation with management.
Help ensure the workshop complies with workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

You will ideally have:
Experience in a workshop, warehouse, maintenance or cleaning role.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
Valuable organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of workshop tools and equipment (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
