This is one of the busiest stores in the network of a streetwear and culture retailer that's a big deal to its customers. Sneakers, apparel, music, the lot. The store trades hard seven days a week in a major Western Sydney centre, the team is big and young, and the whole thing runs on energy.

They need a Store Manager who can lead it from the front. Someone who drives the numbers because they've built a team that wants to hit them, not because they stand at the back office door asking why it's quiet.

What you'll be doing
Running the store end to end: sales, service, stock, visual standards and costs
Leading a large team of around thirty, from hiring and onboarding through to coaching, development and the harder performance conversations
Trading the floor daily, reading your numbers and adjusting coverage, focus and energy to what the day is doing
Building rosters that balance a busy seven-day trade against a tight payroll budget
Keeping stock integrity high through regular counting and auditing




Holding the store's presentation to the standard the brand is known for
Bringing marketing campaigns and activations to life in store
Working with your Regional Manager on the bigger picture: performance, people and planning

What we're looking for
Three to five years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in rapid, high-volume retail
A background in fashion, streetwear, sneakers or youth retail, or a genuine connection to that world
Proven strength leading big teams, with the patience to develop young staff and the spine to hold standards
Comfort with numbers: targets, conversion, basket metrics and payroll are reviewed weekly and you'll know where you stand
Energy that holds up in a loud, busy store, because this one never really slows down

Weekends and late-night trade are part of the deal, and peak season in this centre is full on. It's a measured business with real targets, inside a national structure with set standards. You get real ownership of your floor, but it's not a blank canvas.
