Join a growing logistics business in a newly created role! We are seeking a Customer Service & Administration qualified to join a growing logistics business in Glendenning. This is a varied role supporting an established team and working with a portfolio of blue-chip clients. You'll manage customer enquiries, order and delivery queries, administration and data entry, while liaising with transport providers to ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

This is not a traditional call‐centre role — we're looking for someone proactive, adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Investigating order, delivery and inventory queries
n
Liaising with transport providers to resolve delivery issues
n
Using internal systems to investigate orders and provide customer updates
n
Completing general administration and data entry
n
Updating customer inventory information in SAP
n
Maintaining accurate records in the OrderPoint CRM/order management system
n
Supporting the existing team with day-to-day administration
n
Proactively communicating with customers and following issues through to resolution
n
Building strong relationships with key client accounts
n
