Job Description
Patterson Cheney Cars and Trucks is seeking an experienced Warranty Officer for the Mercedes-Benz Berwick service department. The role is in office, reporting to the Service Manager, and involves managing warranty claims and documentation with precision.

You will work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams to gather information, monitor progress, and ensure timely reimbursements while staying current with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies. A current driver's licence is required.
