Direct Care Resources is seeking supportive, adaptable individuals to join our North Brisbane team as Support Workers. You will assist participants with daily living tasks, manage community access, and follow individual care plans designed to protect health, safety and wellbeing.
The role requires adaptable availability including sleepovers and weekends, with travel to Kallangur, Dakabin, Bald Hills, Burpengary East, Warner, North Lakes and Mango Hill.
