Hays is partnering with two established and highly respected WA commercial builders to recruit a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for major accommodation developments valued at $40M+.
With opportunities available in both Butler and Cottesloe, these projects offer the chance to take ownership from construction through to completion, working with experienced delivery teams and well-backed businesses with robust pipelines of future work.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including:
Managing commercial construction projects from inception to handover
Leading site, engineering and commercial teams
Monitoring programme, budget, quality and client expectations
Driving subcontractor performance and stakeholder engagement
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Building robust relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
We are interested in speaking with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:
Experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $20M
Strong leadership and team management capability
Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
Excellent commercial and contractual understanding
Proven track record delivering projects safely and profitably
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
