Role Summary: A seasoned Technology Project Manager with strong experience in data centre transformation, infrastructure delivery, ServiceNow CMDB governance, ITSM process management and observability enablement. The candidate should be comfortable driving complex, multi-team programmes while maintaining solid control over scope, schedule, risks, vendors, governance and operational outcomes.

Project Management

Project planning, RAID management, schedule and budget tracking, governance reporting,



executive communication and delivery assurance.

Data Centre

Data centre migration, colocation management, rack/power/cabling coordination, hardware delivery, lift-and-shift and operational readiness.

ServiceNow / CMDB

ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, CI lifecycle management and data quality governance.

Observability

Monitoring, alerting, logging, APM, infrastructure monitoring, event correlation, service health dashboards and operational metrics.

Technology

Server, network, storage, backup, security, cloud, hybrid infrastructure and enterprise technology operations awareness.

Governance

ITIL processes, change management, CAB readiness, audit support, risk management, compliance and business continuity planning.
