TruCare QLD in Townsville is hiring a Casual Male Disability & Community Support Worker for SIL and Community services. You will support participants in home and community settings, focusing on safety, dignity, and independence while maintaining qualified boundaries.

The role requires reliability, robust communication, and the ability to work independently in home-based settings, including evenings or weekends as rostered. Experience in SIL and complex support needs is highly regarded.
