Job Description

In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. You will be assisting our CASE rep with assemblies, breakdowns, deliveries and set up of new equipment.
Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service
Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records
Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate
Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with recent features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs
Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy

About the Candidate




Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
Solid problem solving to customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to deliver a high level of communication and qualified customer service
The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset
Current and valid Driver's License and willing to travel to meet client requirements
