This company is ISO 9001:2008 accredited and over the past 4 years have a management team that helps ensure the growth of the business and also continues its quality compliance. An opportunity has opened up for a person who is experienced in production processes and maintenance as a Supervisor.
If you are a successful leader or Supervisor that has a background in manufacturing and is also solid on maintenance, this is the role for you. A manager that has knowledge of international manufacturing businesses, ERP systems (Navision/Dynamics), Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.
Your manufacturing background includes a robust knowledge and experience in process and system development, implementation, control and improvement. You should also have experience in production planning, production optimisation, shift planning and staff (team member) management.
Your key focal points within the production process include;
Safety and Quality Leadership
Supervision and Training
Process Development and Conformance
Improvement of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
Maintenance Process Development
Contractor and Workshop Supplier Management
